Find The Right Clinician For You

Co-Owner & Clinical Director, MS, LMCHC
Tayona Fraylon, MS, LMCHC
I’m a woman of faith, a wife, a mother to my beautiful bonus kids, and recently, a first-time biological mama! Life has blessed me with a beautifully blended family, and I treasure every moment of quality time we spend together, from spontaneous living room dance-offs to quiet evenings filled with laughter and love. When I’m not in session, you'll find me drawn to my first passion: acting. Whether I’m on stage or behind the camera, storytelling remains a meaningful way for me to connect with myself and the world around me.

I’ve walked alongside children, teens, adults, and families as they navigate the complex terrain of emotional, relational, and spiritual challenges. My clinical foundation includes time as both a clinician and Clinical Director, treating eating disorders and co-occurring conditions while also offering outpatient therapy for a wide range of life concerns. My early work in residential facilities and community support programs shaped my holistic, compassionate approach. I’m honored to create a space where healing, growth, and transformation can truly flourish.
Therapy isn’t one-size-fits-all. I blend evidence-based methods, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Person-Centered Therapy, Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), and Christian Counseling (when desired).

I hold a Master of Science in Mental Health and Counseling from Capella University (2015). I am licensed to provide therapy in both North Carolina and South Carolina via in-person and virtual sessions.

Co-Owner & Certified Life Coach
Amel Bullard, BS, MSH
Fluent in Spanish, English, French & Arabic
I'm a French-Mediterranean native and multilingual professional woman (she, her, they) with a deep appreciation for culture, creativity, and human potential.
My passions range from the arts—like ballet, classical piano, jazz, and painting—to understanding the human mind, and watching sports. I enjoy helping individuals reach their goals. I’m an avid traveler drawn to places where mountains meet the sea, with favorites including the Cinque Terre in southern Italy, the French Riviera, Tunisia’s coast, and California. There is something about the beautiful azure blue that feels so healing. I love to cook (though baking is another story!), water ski, and stay active.
My commitment is rooted in a lifelong belief: hurt people hurt people. This fuels my dedication to advocate, uplift, and support those in need with empathy and intention.

I have experience in the field of Mental Health, particularly in the dance environment as a performer and studio owner, as well as in financial and energy management. My hybrid nature has impacted both my professional and personal journeys, continuously broadening my horizons and ultimately leading to my partnership with R3 Counseling & Coaching.

I hold a Bachelor's Degree in Science and Master's in Clinical Mental Health

Marriage & Family Therapist Intern
Natalia Hernandez
Bilingual in English & Spanish
Hi, I’m Natalia, a Marriage and Family Therapy intern at Capella University. I’m passionate about working with individuals, couples, and families of all ages as they navigate the complexities of life and relationships. I believe that every person is the expert of their own story, and my role is to walk alongside you, providing a safe and supportive space where you can explore the experiences and connections that shape your world.

I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Fayetteville State University, and since then, my heart has been set on helping people find strength, healing, and growth. Through a collaborative and strength-based approach, I strive to empower you to take ownership of your journey, discover new perspectives, and create meaningful, lasting change.

Certified Peer Support Specialist
Erica Scarborough, CPSS
Life, to me, is like a fleet of ships sailing on different seas—some calm, some stormy, and others wildly unpredictable. I’ve captained my own ship through rough waters, unexpected detours, and beautiful horizons. I’ve docked at many ports—personally and professionally—and every experience has shaped the heart I now bring to this work.

As a wife and a woman who’s charted many courses, I know how deeply life can test us—and how powerful it is to have someone sailing beside you. That’s where I come in.

I’m not here to steer your ship. I’m here to ride the waves with you. To hold space, offer steady support, and help you stay aligned with the tools and insights you’re exploring in therapy. Whether it's navigating a challenging moment, practicing skills, or simply being a listening ear, I’m a trusted crewmate on your journey.

Through years of self-exploration and working across various roles and environments, I have found my calling in peer support—the heart work of walking beside others, not in front of them. I work in partnership with therapists and clinicians to help clients integrate and apply the work they're doing in therapy, providing support that feels both personal and purposeful.

No judgment. No pressure. Just a genuine connection and someone who gets it—because I’ve been there too.

Office Manager
Wujulikka Moses
With a warm smile and a heart full of patience, I keep our office running smoothly every day! A proud mother of two, with the youngest recently stepping into adulthood I know firsthand how to balance hard work with a little bit of fun.

My professional background is as impressive as it is diverse, with years of experience in customer service, mortgage, underwriting, and budgeting. I bring an unmatched level of organization, care, and calm to every task I take on.

When I’m not keeping the office on track, I love traveling, making memories with family and friends, and enjoying life’s simple pleasures. I believe that laughter and kindness are just as important in the workplace as hard work and I bring both in abundance every single day to help meet all of your needs.

Senior Healthcare Business Analyst
Kryshana Watson, MBA, CSM
I’m one of the hearts behind the scenes, making sure everything runs smoothly so our clients can focus on what matters most — their healing. With a background in analysis and community business operations, I bring both insight and compassion to every part of our financial processes. I take true joy in creating easy, clear systems for what can often be the least exciting part of billing and finances. With patience, attention to detail, and a commitment to clarity, I aim to ensure that every experience is a seamless and worry free process.

Outside of work, I wear many hats: a proud mother, a loyal friend, an avid traveler, and a wife. When I’m not solving problems at work, you’ll likely find me tackling DIY projects around my home. Handy with tools and even handier with solutions, problem-solving is my greatest gift — both professionally and personally.

Referral Coordinator
Lowona Fraylon
As the Referral Coordinator, I take pride in making sure the connection between our office, your provider, and any outside agencies is as smooth and seamless as possible. I’m often one of the first points of contact, creating a welcoming space for new clients prior to beginning your intake process. My goal is to ensure your mental health needs stay the top priority, handled with care, efficiency, and no unnecessary delays.
Before stepping into this role, I built my professional foundation in banking, administrative support, customer service, and worked in activity directing for older adults. Before R3 I worked with substance abuse and rehabilitation facility supporting clients entering recovery…all experiences that taught me the value of clear communication, patience, and a client-first mindset.

Outside of work, I’m a mother, a devoted grandmother, and a proud wife — now also walking the journey of being a caregiver to my husband in recent years. Family means everything to me.

I’m also passionate about my small business, “Lowona’s Pure Teas,” where I create and sell all-natural ginger teas at local pop-up shops and shows. When I’m looking for a little self-care, you’ll usually find me crocheting, a hobby I’ve loved since my youth. Travel, laughter, and time with loved ones are my favorite ways to recharge.
