Tara Youngblood
Tara Youngblood brings a unique blend of science, compassion, and live experience to her work in mental health. As a mother of four, seasoned sleep coach, and current Master of Clinical Mental Health Counseling student at the University of Mount Olive, Tara is deeply committed to helping individuals find balance, healing, and clarity.

With a background in applied science and years of coaching focused on the intersection of sleep and emotional well-being, Tara understands the powerful link between rest, resilience, and mental health. She has delivered a TEDx talk on sleep and authored a book on reprogramming the sleep mind-body connection. Her work has reached athletes, veterans, and everyday people seeking transformation.

Tara’s approach is both client-centered and integrative, drawing from cognitive-behavioral and mindfulness-based strategies. She believes in honoring each client’s story while helping them build practical tools for change.

Currently completing her clinical training, Tara offers a calm, nonjudgmental space for clients navigating anxiety, life transitions, burnout, and trauma-related challenges.
